Delivery & Refund Policies

1 ) Customs tax is the duty of every citizen in your country so please take responsibility for it on your own.

2) Due to COVID-19 standards and in order to prevent the spread of the virus, we only accept refunds under exceptional or justified circumstances communicated directly to us via email.

3) If a product is returned or delivery is failed due to destination customs clearance or incorrect address information, we will not take responsibility for the shipping cost.
